We do not issue cash or card refunds. However, if you cancel at least one hour before your event’s start time, you may use our self-service portal to convert your order into voucher credit (minus the booking fee):

This credit is valid for 5 years and can be used toward any future planetarium event. If the planetarium cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please Note:
Tickets not checked in before the show starts are automatically invalidated and treated as a donation to the planetarium.
